Had some great bone marrow in NYC this past weekend at Crispo. Beautifully done - roasted with garlic and breadcrumbs - served with a little crostini and an onion confit. Always an amazing meal and one of my favorite restaurants in New York. Perfect with the snow. Merry Christmas Eve all.
